• This site and its components are offered for legal consultation platform purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any omissions made to that information.


• Global Law network is not legally bound by any consultation or legal advice presented by its members.


• Each case will be provided with a one-time consultation free of charge.


• Administration charges may be applicable in the future.


• Privacy Policy:
  Global law network shall implement and maintain reasonable procedures for protecting personal information in compliance with the applicable law and GLN Privacy Policy.


• Limitation of Liability or Disclaimers:
  In no event will Global Law Network be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising under, or relating to this agreement or from the use of, or inability to use the services or any misleading consultation advice presented by any GLN Lawyers/Lawfirms members.


• Trademark Rights:
  Dr. Ghandy, Global Law Network, GLN are all registered trademarks and are protected Globally under the Trademark Law. Trademark rights are owned by Dr. Ghandy Abu Hawash legal consultants L.L.C.


• Intellectual Property Rights:
  The client acknowledges that the content of the information is subject to copyright and accordingly the client shall ensure that the information is used solely for the client’s research and/ or reference purposes and may not be copied, reproduced, rebroadcasted or commercially exploited in all or any part


• Price and Payments:
  
  • Each case will be provided with a one-time consultation free of charge.
  • Admin fees are currently sponsored by Dr. Ghandy Abu Hawash, however, admin fees may be implemented in the future.
  • Engagement fees with the chosen law firm should be directly paid to the law firm.
  • The client has the right to directly contact the GLN administration to ensure that the legal fees quoted by the concerned law firm are discounted.
  • GLN is not liable for any of the direct fees made to the law firm

• Termination Clause:
  you are free to stop using our services at any time, also, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services with notice to you if:
  • You are in breach of these terms.
  • You are using the services in a manner that would cause a real risk of harm or loss to us or other users


• Notification of changes:
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to better reflect:
• Changes to the law
• New regulatory requirements, or
• Improvements or enhancements made to our services

If an update affects your use of service or legal rights as a user of our services, we will notify you prior to the updates effective date by sending a message to your GLN dashboard

  Welcome to Dr. Ghandy Global Law Network “GLN”. By using our site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. The term “GLN” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to Dr. Ghandy Abuhawash Legal Consultants LLC, the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.


• Acceptance of Agreement:

• Indemnification:
  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.


• Nontransferable:
